Monument for people of Province Haute Garonne (which Toulouse is located) who died during the war.
It is located just the opposite of Metro François Ferdier (Metro Ligne B).
The below photo is the same monument from opposite angle, where we could see the trees along Allées Forain-François Ferdier. When we continue this Allées, we will arive at Jardin Royal (Royal Garden).
