Church ? Opera house ? This is Dôme de la Grave, public hospital in Toulouse. Tower at right side is l'Eglise St. Nicolas (St Nicolas Church)

    Wow. It is a big dome. Has the building always been a hospital?

    Yes Abbe, until today it is still function as public hospital.

    I think the various colours on the building and dome makes the photo very interesting. What's in the dome, if anything??
