Charcuteries anyone ?

Still in the red tone. This time I introduce Charcuteries which is many kind of sausage (churizo, boudin, saucisson, jambon). Those Charcuterie were some of an entrée I had last week-end when my family and I went to the party at my neighbour house which located in the country side.

    I like every single thing in that photo. Oh boy, that must've been some party (had I been there, I'd be "checking out" the charcuterie table every five minutes!).

    That's my favourite meal, especially when I go to France. I just love it with moutard et cornichons.
    That's enough to give a person a coronary in that picture, n'est pas? I guess you have to wash it down with a good amount of red wine!
